Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Glo with Jessica Jo ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or book an appointment, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Booking details. When you book an appointment, you provide your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and any notes you choose to share about your skin, allergies, or medical considerations.
- Contact messages. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and provide continuity of care.
- Website usage. If analytics are enabled, we collect aggregate, anonymised information such as which pages were viewed and roughly where visitors came from. This does not identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and remind you about appointments.
- To tailor your treatment safely, including honouring allergies and sensitivities.
- To respond to your questions and provide aftercare guidance.
- To keep basic records of services performed, as expected of a licensed esthetician.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Service providers
We use a small number of third parties to run the business. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function:
- Calendly — powers appointment scheduling. The details you enter when booking are handled under Calendly's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides security and, where enabled, privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies or track individuals.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single browser storage entry may be used to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set its own cookies when you interact with it, which are governed by Calendly's policy linked above.
How long we keep information
Booking and treatment records are kept for as long as needed to provide safe, continuous care and to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed estheticians. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your choices
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of any non-essential messages at any time.
To make any of these requests, email jessicajoesthetics@gmail.com.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent for treatment.
