These terms apply when you book or receive a service from Glo with Jessica Jo. Booking an appointment means you accept them.

Appointments

• All services are by appointment only.
• Appointments are booked through our online scheduler. You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and service.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the next client is not delayed, and the full price still applies.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else.
• Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or contact us directly.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit before booking future appointments.

Pricing and payment

• Prices listed on this website are current at the time of publication and may change. The price quoted when you book is the price you pay.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
• Prices do not include gratuity, which is appreciated but never expected.

Health, safety, and suitability

• Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, medications (including retinoids and accutane), recent treatments, pregnancy, or medical conditions before your appointment. Some services are not suitable in these circumstances.
• We may decline or modify a service if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for your skin on the day.
• Patch tests may be required before certain services, such as tinting.
• Clients under 18 require consent from a parent or guardian.

Results and aftercare

Skin, lash, and tanning results vary from person to person and depend on factors we do not control, including your skin type, hair growth cycle, aftercare, and lifestyle. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Following the aftercare guidance we provide gives you the best result and helps avoid irritation.

Our services are not medical care

Esthetic services are cosmetic. They are not a diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. If you have a skin concern that may be medical, please see a physician or dermatologist.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
